Melissa vs Pleasant Grove 3/14/26

The Arkansas recruit struck out 9 over 4.2 IP for the Hawks on Saturday, allowing just 2 hits and 1 run. Rose does a nice job of changing speeds and keeping hitters off balance, showing feel for both secondary pitches to complement the fastball. Talented LHP from Texarkana.

Solid outing from Scott against a tough lineup. Struck out 6 over 4 IP, allowing just 2 hits and 2 runs. The arm talent is real, coming from a physical frame that will continue to add strength. Also shows the ability to impact the baseball and do damage at the plate. Exciting player to follow for the coming years.

Victoria East vs Randle 3/13/26

Strong, athletic build. Projects as a 3B/2B type at the next level with arm strength to handle the left side. Gap-to-gap hitter with the ability to drive the baseball. Good future fit for the right program.

Solid actions behind the plate with a quick transfer and strong arm. Pop times 1.9–2.0 with a caught stealing. Hit-over-power profile offensively with impact expected to increase. Competitor.

Caden Krawietz | C/INF/OF | Victoria East | 2028 | Uncommitted
High-upside player with defensive versatility and arm strength. Shows bat speed and strength with an up-the-middle approach. Projects as a middle-of-the-order type bat as he develops.

Andrew Alvarado | RHP | Victoria East | 2026 | Uncommitted
Clean, athletic arm with good hand speed. Slight crossfire adds deception vs RHH. FB shows late life with ride up and tilt down. Breaking ball can be a two-plane pitch when extended. FB sat 88–89 with more in the tank.

Grapevine vs Colleyville Heritage 3/12/26

Continues to impress. Strong catch-and-throw ability with quickness out of the crouch and carry on throws. Moves well behind the plate and continues to produce quality ABs.

Athletic with a strong frame for future development. Shows body control and defensive actions, making plays on the move. Solid hit approach with line-drive contact and surprising impact for the class. One to follow in 2029.

Byron Nelson vs Southlake Carroll 3/11/26

LHH middle infielder who maximizes his ability. Steady defender who makes plays. Shows plate discipline and barrel feel, producing consistent contact. Added strength is starting to show with more impact. Hit-over-power profile with great makeup.

Sebastian Castillo | SS/RHP | Byron Nelson | 2027 | LSU Commit
The Future Games MVP continues a strong start to his season. Launched a grand slam, the only hit of the game, which proved to be the difference.

Closed it out on the mound at 92–94, mixing a CB at 82 and SL at 87–89. Winner.

Camden Dean | CF | Southlake Carroll | 2028
Projectable frame with room to add strength. Showed range in the OF, tracking balls well in the gap. Solid approach at the plate, competed in ABs. Followed up with 2–4 and two XBH in the next game. Player to watch.

AJ Bonnette | LHP | Southlake Carroll | 2028 | Uncommitted
Solid build with repeatable delivery and arm speed.

FB: 85–89
CB: 72–76
CH: 80–81

Showed good stuff early before command wavered in the 3rd. Projectable LHP with future velocity upside and flashes of a solid breaking ball.

Rockwall vs Royse City 3/10/26

Athletic with room to add strength. Shows body control and agility on the infield with versatility across multiple spots. Solid approach at the plate with pitch recognition present. Hit-over-power profile. Knows how to play.

Hudson Holt | INF/RHP | Rockwall | 2027 | Texas Commit
Great build with room to add strength. Defensively versatile with infield actions and arm strength; can also play the OF corners.

At the plate, shows a solid approach with hard contact, with power still developing.

On the mound, a strike thrower who repeats the delivery with arm speed present. FB touched 92, working 87–88 with life. Shows feel for secondary.

Rouse vs Glenn 3/10/26

Jacob Sainz | RHP | Rouse | 2026 | Centenary Commit
Sainz was perfect in Rouse’s 5-inning run-rule victory over Glenn. He did not allow a runner to reach base while striking out 5. Extremely efficient, needing just 42 pitches to finish the outing.

The FB sat 80–82 with a CB in the low 70s. Gets ahead and pitches to weak contact.

Jacob Soliz | SS | Rouse | 2026 | Midland College Commit
Soliz has always been a quality defender up the middle, and now the bat is really coming around to elevate his overall game. Looks more fluid in the box this season, improving his timing and barrel control. One of the leaders on this experienced Rouse squad.

Scott Knight | INF | Rouse | 2026 | Uncommitted
Knight hit out of the leadoff spot and played 3B in this look. He can really defend, making routine plays look easy with smooth actions. Set the tone early with a 2B to LF, and Rouse never looked back.

Joe Bury | OF | Rouse | 2026 | Uncommitted
The athletic OF collected 3 hits on the night. Physical frame with strength in the barrel. The RHH is aggressive in his approach but shows the ability to shorten up when needed. Solid player.

Cristian Caro | INF | Rouse | 2026 | Coastal Bend Commit
The LHH is a key piece of the lineup out of the 2-hole. Shows a smooth, compact stroke that plays in any situation. Another reliable defender on the dirt, making routine plays look easy at 2B. Finished with 2 hits including a 2B.

Lake Highlands vs JJ Pearce 3/9/26

Athletic with a projectable frame. Moves well defensively with the ability to make plays on the move. Aggressive hitter with a gap-to-gap approach. Raw power should continue to develop. Upside player.

Compact LHH with bat speed and strong ball-to-bat skills. Uses his hands well and stays inside the ball, working line-to-line. Versatile defender across the infield. Good get for LSUE.

Athletic arm with plus hand speed. FB sat 92–94 (T95) with late life. Tough on hitters when working the edges. Shows solid spin on the breaking ball. At his best when synced up. Competitor.
