2026 Northeast ProCase: Quick Hits

On Saturday, February 7th, the Northeast staff hosted the Northeast ProCase at The Ballpark in Farmingdale, NJ. Around 75 players from New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania made their way out to this event, providing us with updated looks on the region's top players heading into the spring season.

Today, we’ll be highlighting the players who stood out in Farmingdale within this Quick Hits piece. Stay tuned throughout the week as we continue to break down the in-depth metrics measured at this event, with the help of our tech partners TrackMan, Blast Motion, and Vizual Edge.

Top Performers

+ C Mickey Gilligan (Passaic Tech, NJ, 2026):
Gilligan, a Rutgers commit, displays some of the best catch and throw in the class and arguably in the country. On Saturday, the backstop showed off his impressive athleticism with a 6.76 60-yard dash, improving his time by nearly a quarter of a second from the Super 60, the weekend prior. In his round of BP, the ball jumped off the barrel, peaking at 103.1 mph with a max distance of 352’, showing impressive feel for the barrel at the plate.

+ OF Bradyen Longo (Mount Olive, NJ, 2027):
Rutgers commit, Longo showcased his explosiveness again and showed why he’s one of the most exciting players to watch in the Garden State. Longo was one of NJ’s top performers at the Future Games last summer and has continued to make strides. Defensively, Longo was 96 mph from the OF with clean actions. In BP, was up to 104.1 EV with an average of 91 mph and a max distance of 422’. Strong, broad shouldered 5-foot-10, 190-pound athlete. Also a top running back in the state this fall for Mount Olive.

+ OF Finnian O’Loughlin (Delbarton, NJ, 2027):
6-foot-2, 191-pounds, committed to Alabama, O’Loughlin continues to showcase why he’s been at the top of our player rankings since his freshman year. Lean, athletic build with an easy, fluid, repeatable swing. Reached 102.6 mph on EV with a max distance of 378’. The outfielder ran a 6.61 60-yard dash and threw 90 mph in his defensive round.

+ OF Michael Hanna (Don Bosco Prep, NJ, 2026):
Measured 5-foot-11, 177 pounds, with noticeably more physicality added to his frame. Committed to Mississippi State. Tossing 90 mph from the outfield, Hanna also showed some of the best ability to drive the ball to both gaps throughout his round of BP, also touch 102 mph EVs. That combined with his elite speed with a blistering 6.37 60 yard dash, Hanna is poised for another big spring for Don Bosco Prep.

+ RHP Enmanuel Acevedo (Poly Prep, NY, 2027):
Committed to Virginia, Acevedo is a physical 6-foot-5, 240-pound right-hander with a strong lower half and broad shoulders. The velocity continues to climb each time he throws in front of us, sitting 95-96 mph, topping 96.4 mph with higher spin rates. Flashed an intriguing cutter (93-94 mph) and changeup (89-92 mph, avg. of 15.5 HM) both with swing & miss traits. Also showed a short slider at 83-84 mph with occasional back up.

+ C Justin Munoz (Millbrook, NY, 2026):
Committed to Virginia Tech, Munoz is a physical, well-built athlete with a strong, low-effort stroke, generating EVs up to 105 MPH and balls driven as far as 405 feet. Defensively shows clean, efficient footwork with balance on throws to second. Arm clocked at 82 mph out of the crouch with pop times of 1.96–2.03.

+ RHP Quinn Miller (Clarkstown North, NY, 2026):
Committed to Army, Miller is a well-built 6-foot-1, 209-pound right-hander with a breakout bullpen and a true next-level arsenal. Power fastball sat 94–95 MPH with elite ride (19–21.8” IVB). Hammer CB spun 2600+ RPM with ~-10” of vertical drop, projecting as a bat-missing weapon. Flashed a short, tight cutter and a splitter he kills spin on with late, downer tilt. One of the top arms in the state’s class.

+ RHP/OF Derek Yormack (Bellmore JFK, NY, 2027):
Committed to Vanderbilt this was Tormack's first time on TrackMan and he delivered. Standing 6-foot-2, 212-pounds, Yormack showed a lively fastball that sat 91–93 mph, with CB metrics pointing to a next-level plus offering, and showed feel for a fading CH. Also flashed easy, big-time power offensively with EVs up to 106 mph and max distance of 399’.

+ SS Jacob Malfant (Walter Panas, NY, 2026):
Committed to UConn, Malfant is an impact athlete with loud tools across the board. Measuring at 5-foot-10, 191, the senior ran a 6.51 60-yard dash, posted a 105 mph max EV, and ripped off a 96 mph INF velocity. One of the loudest performances of the event.

+ SS Andrew Cross (Moon Area, PA, 2026):
A Penn State commit, Cross lived on the barrel throughout his round of BP, peaked at 106 mph EV with an average of 94 mph and a max distance of 394’. Cross added strength in his frame, measuring at 6-foot, 196-pounds. A dual sport athlete with power potential to the pullside, Cross was a Future Gamer in 2024 and made his commitment to Penn State shortly after the event.

+ OF Jalen Bowman (Malvern Prep, PA, 2027):
Committed to North Carolina State, Bowman was one of the best all around athletes in attendance, present twitch and power potential. Ran an event best 6.20 60-yard dash, speed translates to gameplay. Displayed some power in BP, peaking at 99.6 mph EV with a max distance 350’ and tossed 86 mph from the outfield. Bowman is a Future Games 2025 Alum.

Breakout Efforts 

+ MIF Brayden Fry (Cranford, NJ, 2026):
St. Joseph’s commit, Fry blew us away with his speed running a 6.66, arm strength, tossing 86 mph across the infield and juice from the right side, peaking his EV at 96 mph with an average of 89 mph. Bouncy, athletic in the field with confident actions. Hard contact through the back end of the facility throughout his round of BP. Launched nine homers last spring for Cranford.

+ RHP Ty Barber (Ramapo, NJ, 2026):
The Sacred Heart commit was pp to 92 on the mound, sat 90-91 mph with some higher spin rate numbers Barber has continued to fill out his lanky, athletic frame, measured 6-foot-2, 193-pounds. A member of Team New England at the Senior Future Games, he’s continued to hone his craft on the mound. It will be intriguing to see where Barber is at in a year or two.

+ RHP Jimmy Gallagher (Williamstown, NJ, 2026):
Committed to Appalachian State, Gallagher’s rise has been electric since we got an in depth view at the 2024 Future Games. At the ProCase, the right-hander was up to 93 mph, holding velocity throughout. Gallagher showed arm speed and a tight spinning breaker for strikes with a high spin slider and cutter. Showed a changeup with an average of 9.5” of HM.

+ LHP Thomas Collins (Don Bosco Prep, NJ, 2026):
Committed to Pitt, Collins has a power arm from the left side. Running the fastball up to 91, with an average of 20” of IVB. Strong, stockier build, measured 5-foot-8, 203-pounds. Gets good ride up in the zone with the heater at 2400+ rpm and a heavy horizontal moving changeup (-16.9:” avg.)

+ 1B Chris Vaughan (Madison, NJ, 2026):
A Lafayette commit, Vaughan has made impressive strides throughout his high school career and showed off his light tower power at the event on Saturday. Big bodied frame at 6-foot-4 207.5 lbs, Vaughan impacted the baseball with authority with EV’s at 104.1 and 410 distance. Also, averaged 80 mph bat speed on Blast. Expect another big year for Vaughan in the spring.

+ OF Jalen Josey (Holy Trinity, NY, 2026):
The Stony Brook commit, Josey has been an intriguing Long Island prospect for a while, but this year’s Procase showing was on another level. Massive jumps across the board, highlighted by a 6.22 60-yard dash and a max EV of 101.5 mph with an average of 92 mph. Tossed 89 mph from the outfield. The bounce and athleticism looked different all-around.

+ LHP/OF Jace Albero (Baldwinsville, NY, 2026):
The Le Moyne College commit put together a dynamic performance across the board measuring in at 5-foot-11, 185-pounds for the two-way prospect. Showed a next level 3-pitch mix on the mound featuring a fastball up to 91 mph. Offensively had a max EV of 101 mph and a max distance of 373’. Ran a 6.70 60-yard dash and tossed 97 mph from the outfield.


+ C Brady Mills (Saratoga Springs, NY, 2026):
The William & Mary commit added physicality since his standout showing at the 2024 Future Games, now measures 6-foot-4, 212-pounds. Still athletic, running a 6.85 60-yard dash with strength translating. Flashed an average bat speed of 78 mph with a 101 mph max EV and a max distance of 403’. Defensively displayed a 84 mph arm from the crouch and had a pop time range of 1.91-2.00.

+ OF Eddie Rosado (Holy Ghost Prep, PA, 2026):
The St. Joseph’s commit had one of the most consistent rounds of BP, loud contact to all fields with a low pulse and repeatable load. Had a max EV of 98 mph with an avg. of 92 mph and a max distance of 357’. Flashed his athleticism running a 6.55 60-yard dash and was clocked in at 90 mph from the outfield.

+ OF Aidan Willard (Palmyra Area S, PA, 2026):
Committed to Delaware, Willard is one of the best left handed bats in the class, present pullside power, with natural lift to the baseball. Peaked at 105.7 mph EV with an average of 95 mph and a max distance of 397’. Had an average bat speed of 77 mph and ran a 6.89 60-yard dash. Added arm strength over the past year, measuring in at 6-foot, 208-pounds with one of the stronger arms from the outfield topping at 95 mph. A Future Games 2024 Alum.
