Updated Class of 2027 Rankings: Pre-Spring Update

As the 2026 high school season arrives, we roll into our Pre-Spring Update to the Class of 2027 Player Rankings, a look at Alabama’s junior class entering what is often the most competitive and volatile year of the cycle. This group is loaded with upside and depth, and with a full spring ahead, there’s plenty of room for separation as roles expand and game performance takes center stage.

In building this update, we leaned into a combination of tools, physical direction, defensive value, and projected spring impact. For the 2027 class in particular, the middle of the board is especially fluid, and strong early-season play can reshape tiers quickly.
