On October 19th, the Prep Baseball California team hosted the Sacramento Fall ID at Franklin HS in Elk Grove, Cal. This was an open event for high school classes (2026-2029), and gave our staff an ample look at the area’s top freshman prospects.

Dallas Barker, Granite Bay High (CA), 2028
Positional Profile: 1B/RHP Strong 1B with mature strength at the plate.
Body: 6-1.5, 179-pounds. Tall, firm lower half frame with strength throughout.
Hit: RHH. Slightly crouched stance. Front foot is offset. Body angles towards back leg. Hands stay back on rear shoulder. Inward toe-tap stride. Coils hips well to generate power.
