Ruleford made his PBR event debut in Milwaukee. Listed at 5-foot-9, 158-pounds, Ruleford showed well on the mound. The left-hander showed an athletic delivery with tempo with a fastball that sat 75-76 mph (76.7 max) with arm-side run. His curveball played with slurve actions, and he showed above average feel for the pitch. He showed quality spin on the pitch with an average of 2,213 rpm.
