It was a bullying performance out of the pen for Lumpkin as he struck out 7 across 3.0 IP to preserve the tight victory. Moves well and is an imposing presence at 6-foot-3, 211-pounds on the mound. Present arm speed on display from a repeatable compact arm action from a low slot that creates easy deception for the entire arsenal. Fastball jumps on hitters at 85-86 (T87 MPH). Slider compliments the fastball well with sweep and ability to land on the outer half for consistent swing-and-miss at 70-74. Two-way name to know in the '28 class.
