Jacobus continues to establish himself as one of the top follows in Arizona’s 2028 class. Went 3-4 with a pair of RBIs and showed mature at bats, often going deep into counts and shortening up with two strikes to find his way on base (even drag bunted down 1B line for one of his hits). Aggressive, high baseball IQ player who takes the extra 90ft, an impact presence in the lineup.
Ben Jacobus, an outfielder set to attend Corona Del Sol in the fall of 2024, put together arguably the most mature rounds of batting practice among all participants at the event. He consistently drove balls to the big part of the field and sprayed the gaps with low line drives.
