In a lineup filled boasting some intriguing D1 commits and a talented Fr. Rolison can get overlooked at times (I'm guilty of this at times), but paying closer attention to the LH hitting OF from Oaks Christian is highly advisable for college programs. An athletically built frame with some present strength to it he is hitting at the top of the Lions lineup this spring in the two-hole and is off to a strong start. In four trips to the plate Rolison collected three hits showing off some of the strength in his swing when he stayed through an outer half FB from Clayton in the upper 80s to smoke a hard line drive double to LCF with carry. Early in the game he picked up a hard single off of Manning and then closed the day by getting one more hit off of Clayton when he muscled through an inner half FB to loft it into shallow CF for a single. Rolison runs well with a solid arm that has the potential to man CF, but would be comfortable in either corner playing a solid LF on the day. A profile that is growing on me I'm looking forward to getting more in-depth on Rolison in future looks.
