Defense: Relaxed approach in the OF. Slower gather into throwing motion. Quality feet in the INF with ranging ability. Present glove skills. Corner projection.
Arm: RH. INF - 88, OF - 90. Longer AA in the OF. Above avg. strength that’s easy effort. Shortens it up in the INF. Average quickness to release. Abiltiy to throw from the run and manipulate slot.
Hit: RHH. Relaxed stance with loose hands. Slow/early loader. Gathers into backside with a larger take back of the hands. Loads bat more vertically. Some present coil. Present side tilt. Balanced into footstrike. Uphill path with a high finish. Some length through. Above avg. bat speed 71.4 mph avg. Flashed some pullside HR power.
Body: 6'1 180lb athletic frame. Solid base. Semi high waist with room to add size.
Hit: Open start. Leg kick initiates the move with some rhythm in the hands. Barrel slots in nicely to create a tight turn. Stays grounded well and head stays quiet even with some loft to the swing. Efficient mover.
Power: Above average bat and hand speed shows high power ceiling. Showcased some current pull side power, more will come as frame develops. Max exit velocity of 94 mph in batting practice.
Arm: Shorter arm action that plays in both the IF and OF. Topped 88 and 89mph, respectively. Threw from multiple angles and on the run at 3B. Strong accurate throws throughout the defensive workout.
Defense: Athletic mover, showed quality footwork and a sense of urgency at both positions. Put himself in good positions to field balls and make throws. Clean transfer + throws. Attacked and adjusted too balls as needed.
