Rusty Ducharme (Class of 2027, C/1B, 6’3”, 224 lbs) stood out immediately with a powerful, physical build and impressive athleticism for his size, posting a 7.29 60-yard dash, 18.6 mph max run speed, 24.6-inch vertical, 1.34 RSI, and event-best grip strength (R: 183.4, L: 188.7), while moving fluidly and explosively throughout the workout; at the plate, he showed legitimate power potential with a 101.9 mph max exit velocity, 90.3 mph average EV, 374 ft max distance, and 81.6 mph max bat speed, driving the ball consistently to the middle and opposite-field gap. Although there were some timing inconsistencies, the ball came off the bat with authority when his swing synced up. Defensively, Ducharme was the top catcher at the event, recording 76 mph throws with 2.06–2.10 pop times, showing strong arm strength, quick transfers, and overall confidence behind the plate, making him a high-upside 2027 catching prospect with strength, power, and athleticism for the position.
