Hunter stood out today with a great performance at the plate. In 3 at bats, he caught multiple barrels racking up a 3/3 day. His stance and stride are simple and effective. He gets set early and looks to drive the ball to all parts of the field. The most impressive at bat came in his last with the most pressure on the line. It was the top of the 7th and the game was tied with runners on first and second. Hunter got a heater left over the zone and drove it to the right center gap for a bases clearing triple. In a low scoring game, these big knocks mean that much more and Hunter appeared unnerved in the late game moment.
