The RH hitting up the middle defender has continued to grow on me across now my fourth look at him in the past four plus months. It started with a solid showing in a November fall game against Oaks Christian, then another strong showing in a fall game at Moorpark College before he came out and put together a quality day at the 2025 Central California Preseason All State and now with a good performance here early in the CIF-SS slate. The operation in the box is very hitterish with an operation that looks to get off a quality swing against pitches in the zone. He possesses strong bat to ball skills with a solid feel for the barrel that plays to a middle of the field approach with leverage to the middle/pull side of the field. It’s a hit over power profile which fits with his more athletic build. Defensively he is sound at SS with good hands, solid feet, and an arm that shows good carry with accuracy to throws that should give him potential to stick there at the next level or be a strong to impact defender at 2B.

Positional Profile: SS/3B
Body: 5-9, 170-pounds. Athletic frame with wiry strength and broad shoulders showing room to add.
Hit: RHH. Even set up with feet and taller posture from a balanced base with slight hip hinge. Low hand set up around chest height with low back elbow and barrel angled slightly towards 3B dugout. Small load with small leg lift and shift of weight into backleg before reaching launch position. Compact direct path with his hands and barrel that has high contact line drive approach with ability drive ball to pullside. 66 mph bat speed with 10 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 96 max exit velocity, averaged 88.4 mph. 319' max distance. Path is geared more for hard contact on line drive plane or groundball plane with strong top end EV that will drive doubles to middle of the field while flashing ability potentially run a ball out to pullside.
Arm: RH. INF-78 mph. Smooth transfer with quick short arm action that produces throws with carry and flashing accuracy from SS. Fits best presently at 2B, but potentially to add more strength as he matures.
Defense: Quick feet that show rhythm into and through the ball with low hips and soft hands. Can move well laterally and flashes ability to get downhill. Fits best as 2B at present, but with SS potential should he become more dynamic.
ATH: 7.63 runner in the 60. Stays low in drive portion of the sprint with short quick strides throughout.
