Uncommitted. Lanky 6-foot-6, 195-pound frame with projection remaining. Got the start on the mound and showed feel for a three-pitch mix while consistently filling up the zone, finishing with a 69% strike rate. Arndt worked exclusively from the stretch with a high knee lift into a drop-and-drive delivery, staying in line down the mound from a ¾ slot. His fastball sat 83-86 mph, topping at 87 with arm-side run and more velocity likely to come with added strength. He paired it with a 69-72 mph curveball that showed 11/5 shape with the ability to land, while also flashing a 75-76 mph changeup. Arndt worked out of trouble and settled in after the first inning. An uncommitted name for schools to follow.

He operates out of a stretch-only delivery with a full arm circle, and he showed a three-pitch mix throughout his 'pen. Arndt's fastball sat 85-87 mph came out clean with natural arm-side action, and he mixed in a curveball at 74-75 mph with short, 11/5 shape and feel to land. He rounded out his arsenal with a changeup at 77-79 mph that played straight and worked low in the zone, landing for strikes 100% of the time, per TrackMan. Arndt emerged as a follow uncommitted arm in the class.
