6-foot-2, 175-pound left handed hitting outfielder. Batted second and started in right field for Chicago Elite against Hitters. In the box, sets up in a balanced stance with a toe tap stride. Showcased a short and slightly uphill swing path, mostly pull side approach but flashed hard lifted contact to the opposite field. Finished the game 3-for-4 with a pair of singles, a line drive double off the top of the RF wall at Routine, a pair of RBI, a pair of runs scored, and a walk. Tupper followed that up by going 4-for-4 on Friday with a double and a pair of RBI. Tupper stayed sizzling hot at the dish into Saturday. Hitting in the two hole, Tupper went 2-for-2 with a pair of pull side doubles, two RBI and a walk in the 2-0 Elite victory over Pro Player Belo. Still uncommitted, he finished 11-for-12 on the weekend. Safe to say his arrow is trending upwards heading into his senior season.
1.27.18 - 6-foot, 165-pound, athletically built, strong, left-handed hitting outfielder. At the plate, projectable, simple swing. Balanced, wide setup, pre-pitch rhythm, and short stride. Loose, easy swing, flashed bat speed. Long, uphill bat path and 79 mph exit velocity from a tee. In the outfield, long arm action, high ¾ slot and throws topped at 80 mph. 7.25 runner in the 60, laser-timed.
8.9.17 - 6-foot, 155-pound, lanky, athletic left-handed hitting infielder and outfielder. Offensively, balanced setup, heel lift stride, flashed loose hands, present bat speed, pull approach, early rhythm, 87 mph exit velocity. Ran a 7.32 60. Defensively, short arm action, over-the-top slot, 78 mph from the outfield, 75 mph across the infield.
