OF Chase Butler (Bunker Hill) swung the bat well at the event. Presenting a lean 6-foot-1, 187-pound frame, the right-handed hitter was on the barrel during gameplay. He swings a flat path with line drive feel and a middle/pull-side approach. Butler also looked comfortable against some of the better arms at the event, where he showed the ability to handle high-velo arms.

Delivery: Controlled and medium leg-lift into balance point, drop/drive lower-half that works across his body.
Arm Action: RH. Long arm swing out of the glove, high 3/4 release.

Butler operated with a simple and repeatable delivery, running his fastball in the low-80’s (T82.3 mph) while complementing it with a changeup at 75 mph with 13.8” of horizontal movement on average. He rounded out his pitch mix with a short wrinkle slider in the 71-72 mph range.
