5.8.17 - 6-foot-2, 165-pound right-handed pitcher. Lanky, thin build, long limbs, high-waisted, wider shoulders, overall high level of projection in the frame. In his first varsity start against state-ranked Lemont, he pitched 2.1 innings, allowing four hits, three earned runs with one strikeout and one walk. Arm works cleanly from high-3/4 slot, short arm swing in the back, loose out front. Fastball ranged between 79-81 mph, mostly straight with slight run on occasion. More velocity likely to come as he grows into frame and physically develops. Worked curveball at 63-66 mph, tendency to slow down arm, early break with loose spin. Also wrinkled in low-70s changeup.

1.15.17 - Long thin frame, projects well, 6-foot-2, 165-pound right-handed pitcher. Regular effort, works on line, smooth. Arm action is loose, high ¾ slot, occasionally underneath. Fastball is straight, slight running action, worked to the top of the zone, 78-79 mph. Curveball has 11/5 shape, ranged 61-68 mph. Changeup sinks to arm side, showed feel for the zone, able to drop for strikes, 68-70 mph.

11.1.15 - Lanky build 6-foot-1, 150-pound right-handed pitcher and infielder. On the mound, arm has some whip from a high ¾ slot. Some rhythm, regular effort, tall and fall delivery. Fastball thrown for strikes and sat 74-75 mph. Curveball worked 10/4, loose spin and ranged between 61-63 mph. Changeup featured cut and sink at times, 61-64 mph. Offensively, simple approach and swing. Balanced setup, no pre-pitch load and short stride. Registered an exit velocity of 75 mph. Defensively, short and loose arm action. High ¾ slot, some accuracy and clocked at 72 mph. Also, ran a 4.62 home-to-first.
