Woodward has a 5-foot-7, 130-pound athletic frame with room to fill out. Woodward proved himself to be a two-way player this past weekend, impressing us on the mound and in the infield. On the mound, Woodward is an athletic mover with a ¾ arm slot and short, clean arm action. His fastball sat 80-82 mph, and he paired it well with a 70-72 mph curveball. Offensively, Woodward went 3-for-3 with two doubles and six RBIs in the game against Athlete HQ Rockford. At the plate, he has a simple setup, twitchy hands, and loft to his swing. Woodward also made a handful of plays showing soft hands, good footwork, and the ability to throw from multiple slots.
