Ripped a double to left field - 92 mph off the bat - and also collected another single during Top Tier’s win on Friday. Athletic 6-foot-1, 175-pound frame, showed above-average arm strength behind the plate.
Positional Profile: C/OF
Body: 6-foot-1, 175-pounds. Lean and athletic frame.
Hit: RHH. Balanced setup, smooth load, high leg kick timing trigger. Loose, easy swing, works on uphill plane, favors pull side, rhythm through contact, repeats.
Power: 91 mph exit velocity from the tee. Flashed pull side pop.
Arm: RH. C - 79 mph. Short, loose arm action, over the top slot, accurate throws on the bag.
Defense: 2.05- 2.13 pop times. Steady hands, fluid footwork, clean exchange, plays through.
Run: 7.29 runner in the 60.
Uncommitted junior. 6-foot, 170-pound right-handed hitting catcher, upside frame, athletic. Hit four hole for the Ramblers going 1-for-3 with three RBI. Calm and comfortable in the box, sets up even, strides short with leg lift trigger, smooth load. Path works fluid and uphill, direct to the ball with loose hands and lift, present bat speed, thinks middle and stays on the ball. Delivered the biggest hit early in the game driving a tough slider to right field for a two-run double.
