4/26/14 Western Illinois commit. Ranked No. 71 in Illinois’ 2014 class, No. 335 overall.  5-foot-11 160 pound, muscular frame.  Left- handed hitter from a wide open stance, looking to lift/pull.  High hands, slight uppercut, high finish, fluid looking swing.  No doubt homer to right on a 2-0 fastball.  Impressed in pre game with fluid, accurate arm, good carry on throws.

2/17/13 - Athletic outfielder, 5-foot-11, 160-pound left handed outfielder. Defensively shows athletic actions, 7.12 runner. Arm action is short and over the top, ball lacks carry, 81 mph from the outfield. Offensively hits from the left side, open stance, dives back to the baseball, shows good balance throughout. Bat path is level, has long tendencies, moderate bat speed, 81 mph exit velocity, gets occasional extension.

10/21/12 - Dobrinich is an athletic 5-foot-11, 155-pound two-way athlete. Dobrinich showed well in the outfield, exhibiting a loose, over the top arm that showed consistent accuracy to his target at 79 mph. He displayed fluid footwork to the baseball playing through the ball well. Offensively, Dobrinich hits from an open stance using a smooth load and diving back to the plate to get into his hitting position. He showed solid barrel awareness hitting hard line drives to his pull side. Dobrinich also ran a 7.14 60. On the mound he showcased a 74-75 mph fastball, a breaking ball at 62-64 mph, and a change up at 69-70, all from a high ¾ arm slot.

1/22/12 Dobrinich is a lanky 5-foot-11, 150-pound left-handed hitting two-way player.  At the plate, Dobrinich has an open setup and a level bat path with a line drive approach to his swing.  On the mound, Donbrinich showed some rhythm, throwing from over the top.  The left-hander has three pitches: a 76 mph fastball that was thrown with easy effort, a 67 mph curveball, and a 59-66 mph changeup.
