2/20/12 Cronin is a 5-foot-8, 150-pound middle infielder who showed well defensively. He played through the ball with athletic feet, moving with fluidity and rhythm. Cronin was clocked at 77 mph from across the diamond. At the plate, Cronin has a fundamentally sound left-handed swing; he starts slightly open and maintains excellent balance throughout. Cronin consistently squared up the baseball as he sprayed line drives to the opposite field.
