Heartland Scout Day: Slender built lefty at 6-foot-2, 180 pounds. Compact arm action with H3/4 release point. Lands cross body with an easy delivery and still head. Will need some polish to sync up. Has the potential for significant velo gains in the future. Present fastball up to 85 mph, sitting mostly 83 with late hop through the zone. Good feel to spin a tight 71-73 mph curveball. Late breaker with solid depth. Good arm speed on sinking/tailing 75-77 mph changeup. Consistent release point on all three pitches. Profiles as a starter.
