10/14/12 - The 6-foot, 175-pound Gile showed the ability to command three pitches, including a fastball that sat in the 82-83 mph range. Operating from a 3/4 arm slot, Gile’s changeup looks to be an effective pitch, as it ranged between 72-73 mph and demonstrated some sink with similar arm action to his fastball. He also threw a 67 mph curveball with 11/5 shape.
