He is quick and explosive to the ball, and he uses his strong lower half to power through the baseball. He maintains excellent balance throughout contact and gets good extension on his swing. Hoscheit is a physical and athletic 6-foot, 195-pound outfielder who showed well in all facets of the game. Offensively, Hoscheit showcased an easy, mechanically sound, and athletic right-handed swing. Hoscheit has quick hands and an aggressive lower half, which enabled him to let the ball travel deep in the zone. The ball jumps off his bat and showed power to all fields.
