Jordan was a name we labeled as a follow after last summer in which he showcased a long-levered frame and fastball up 81 mph. A summer later Jordan would show major strides in his profile on the mound with an 83-85 mph fastball and a sharp 72-73 mph slider. 6-foot-5, 215-pound frame. Should add more polish to his profile on the mound as he learns more body control and adds strength.
Jordan (Providence Catholic, 2027) had a dominant outing Friday, striking out five over four innings of work. The right-handed pitcher showcased an easy fastball from a 3/4 arm slot in the 79-81 mph range and paired with a deceptive upper-60s slider. An athletic, lean 6-foot-2, 175 pounds with a high waist, the rising sophomore has plenty of room for physical development and added strength.
Jordan, a strong, athletic 6-foot-2, 175-pound prospect, had a good game on the mound for Rhino Baseball Fierro. The right-handed pitcher had his fastball sitting 78-80 mph, along with a slider sitting 65-67 mph. Jordan had a fluid motion with a clean arm action, with the ability to generate velocity with ease. His slider paired extremely well with his fastball, being able to freeze hitters and generate whiffs.
