Currently ranked No. 54 in Illinois’ 2021 class. 6-foot, 200-pound 2021 right handed pitcher playing against 2020 competition. Strong build with a defined lower half. Came in relief against Hitters and showcased long and loose arm action from a high 3/4 window. Quick arm speed and arm works out front. Effortless delivery, ball jumps out of his hand. Showed off a heavy fastball that sat 86-88 mph, a sweeping slider at 77-78 mph, and a curveball with 11/5 shape at 71-73 mph. Offensively carries bat strength from the right side, flashed gap to gap pop, swings with intent. Follow 2021 prospect.

Body: 6-foot, 200-pounds. Athletic frame, strong and muscular build, defined lower half.
Hit: RHH. Balanced stance, short stride, average balance through contact.  Long and uphill bat path, gap-to-gap hitter.
Power: 95 mph exit velocity from the tee. Present bat strength paired with quick bat speed translates to power potential.
Arm: RH. INF - 83 mph. Long, loose arm action. Releases from an over the top slot.
Defense: Flashed soft hands and fluid footwork in the infield. Showcased a clean exchange, plays through the baseball.
Run: 6.91 runner in the 60.

At an event this winter ran a 6.72 60, was 89 across the infield and 103 exit velocity from a tee. Started at third base and hit in the eight-hole. Impressed with his defensive abilities at third. Athletic feet, ranges well for size and age; ability to make plays on the move, controls his body and has an internal clock. Made a few non-routine plays look relatively easy. Sure-handed, clean release and will flash a plus arm across the diamond at times. Offensively, currently raw but has physicality and will compete in the box. Finished 1-for-3 with an infield single and a stolen base. Lined out to left field in his last at-bat. Also, has been having a good year on the mound for Normal University. Defensively, reliable hands, long, easy arm action, throws carry across the diamond. Physically-advanced, toolsy prospect in the 2021 class.
