The 6-foot, 200-pound Ross has all the tools to be a high-level talent. As the top infielder at the event, Ross impressed with his plus arm strength, firing 88 mph strikes across the infield. At the plate, Ross demonstrated big pull-side power potential. He takes an aggressive approach and takes a big cut; the ball really jumps off his bat with backspin carry. Overall, Ross looks to be one of the more intriguing prospects in the Class of 2012. Few players in the class have more impressive raw tools than Ross. The 6-foot, 200-pound Ross impressed in all facets of the game. He moves exceptionally well for his size, and showed big-time arm strength across the diamond (88 mph). At the plate, he has juice in his bat, as he showcased raw pull-side power. The ball explodes off his bat. He has impressive bat speed and an aggressive lower-half. Ross also ran a 7.17 60.
