RHP Logan O’Dell (Collinsville, 2026) showed well in the nightcap of the Illinois State Games. Simple, fluid delivery; athletic mover down the mound with a high coiled leg lift into a directional drop-and-drive move. Short, quick arm-action out of a high ¾ slot. Strong two-pitch mix with a developing third offering. Fastball sat 85-88 mph (T89.8) with life out of the hand (avg. 18.2 IVB). Added a high-spinning, sweeping breaking ball at 70-76 mph with a max of -18 inches of horizontal movement (max 2501 rpm). Flashed a straight changeup at 78 mph.
