Loras commit. 5-foot-10, 180-pound, left-handed pitcher with strength in his lower half. Got the start for Willowbrook and was one out away from picking up the complete game. Picked up the win going 6.2 innings pitched, scattering seven hits, three runs, two earned and walked two while striking out 13. Battled throughout throwing a total of 105 pitches. Aggressive mentality, competes and challenges hitters. Arm plays clean from an over-the-top slot and showed control of his repertoire. Fastball which sat 85-86 mph (2275-2376 rpm) played clean and lively out of the hand, controlled the zone, had success elevating it at the top of the zone for swing and misses or weak flyball contact. Paired his low-70s breaking ball off the fastball well. Played with 1/7 shape, action and feel got better as the outing went along. Vaisvilla was closing in on the school record of 100 strikeouts in a season prior to the outing.
