Illinois-Springfield commit. 5-foot-11, 180-pound, well-proportioned, right-handed hitting shortstop. Was on the barrel with loud contact in Glenwood’s morning win. Finished 2-for-4 with a double and RBI. His double was scorched over the left-fielders head. He also singled hard through the left-side. Strong hands, present bat speed and intenful swing. Also, showed a strong arm across the diamond in between innings. Didn't see many balls hit in play with Detmers on the mound.

Hit: RHH. Slightly open, balanced setup, minimal pre-pitch load, short stride to even. Athletic hands, quick bat speed, short swing, uphill bat plane, line drive type hitter, working gap-to-gap.

Defense: Works low to high, quiet footwork, flashes soft hands, plays through the baseball.
