After last appearing at the Lockport Preseason ID in 2022, Schwarting has added strength to his current 6-foot-4, 190-pound frame and presents one of the higher ceilings in the 2024 class. Easy swing with a polished approach at the plate. Shortened up with two-strikes and drove a loud ground-rule double to left-field in Friday’s look. Clean defensive actions at third base, moving well on a slow-roller with above-average arm strength. Will be interesting to watch as his body continues to add strength.
