Heartland CC commit. Started at third base and batted second. Stands in a wiry 6-foot-2, 160-pound frame with seemingly more to come. A left-handed hitter at the plate, Pippin showed a simple load with twitchy hands and finished the day 2-for-3 with one RBI and one run scored. During I/O he showed confident hands on the dirt with a quality arm across the diamond.

The tall left-handed hitter continued to impress, driving a double to the RCF gap. He paired that with two later singles. Consistent bat-to-ball skills and an athletic frame with room to build muscle.
