Physical 6'3" 200 lbs. frame. Heath earned a starting role for the Bucs after a big off-season, and he swung the bat well last Thursday against Waxahatchie (TX). With the game tied at 1-1 in the bottom of the 1st with 2 outs, he delivered a big two-strike 2 RBI single up the middle that gave the Bucs a 3-1 lead. In the bottom of the 5th, he came through with another big two-strike, 2 out hit with a 2 RBI double down the RF line to put Barbe ahead 6-1. Heath finished the day 2-3 with the 2B and 4 RBI.
