Physical: Muscular, athletic 6-foot, 180lb frame. 7.14 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Crouched, slightly open stance, as the hands showed early rhythm to begin. Utilized a toe-tap stride to initiate a direct path into the hitting zone during a gap-to-gap approach. Hit into a stiff front side and generated line-drive contact off the bat for a T96MPH exit velocity. Extended well on the ball at the front of the plate, future middle of the order projection.
Defensively: The primary backstop sat low in the crouch, using a traditional setup. Pop times ranged from 1.97-2.10 with a 78MPH throwing arm. Shorter H 3/4 release that used the turf for accuracy. Received down-to-up successfully.
6-foot, 165-pounds. Strong and athletic frame. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.00 seconds, with a top exit velocity of 97 MPH. Offensively, slightly open stance with bend in the knees. Hand stay locked in position throughout. Smooth weight transfer, really explodes off that back hip. Strong through the zone, easy juice to all fields. Routinely finds the barrel. In the outfield, controlled through the ball, tries to create momentum towards his target with a shuffle. Top velocity on throws was 82 MPH. Also took reps behind the plate, where he recorded pop times ranging from 1.96-1.97 seconds, and his top velocity on throws there was 76 MPH. Stays athletic through throws, make his transfer at midsection height. Prototypical catcher’s arm action, short and compact.
Strong and athletic build at 6-foot, 165-pounds. 60 yard dash time of 6.97 seconds with an exit velo of 92 MPH. Open stance, stays relaxed with free and easy movements. Stays tall through his stride and creates extension in his back leg. Smooth weight transfer. Hands stay locked in position. On plane swing, consistent line drives to all fields. In the outfield, recorded a velo of 80 MPH. Approach to the ball is under control. Gathers with a shuffle. Behind the plate, had pop times ranging from 2.05-2.09 seconds with a top throwing velo of 75 MPH. Makes his transfer wherever he receives the ball. Athletic through his throws. Short, compact arm action.
5-foot-10, 160-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and uses a lift-and-replace stride to begin. Displayed a direct swing path with a middle of the field approach. Registered a bat exit velocity of 82 mph and ran a 6.94 60-yard dash. Above average defender behind the dish showcased 73 mph arm strength from the crouch with pop times of 2.14-2.20.
5-foot-9, 147-pound athletic frame. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.47. Starts in an open tall stance with a smooth load, then uses a controlled stride just before his swing. Had flat swing plane and level finish. Eilbacher clocked an exit velocity of 71 mph. He recorded a position velocity of 73 mph during throw downs; has athletic feet, consistent hands and a clean exchange. Behind the plate, had a pop time of 2.24-2.33. Showed an-over-the-top slot with a short arm action.
