2027 C/INF Chase Storey is a young catcher out of the Oshawa Legionnaires program who put together a good first showing at the Ontario Future Games Trials. There’s some strength in the frame at 5-foot-8, 175-pounds and put together a Sweet Spot% of 58%, working to the middle part of the cage with more line drives and groundballs. Peak exit velocity of 88mph and average exit velocity of 83.0mph. Behind the plate, Storrey put together some good numbers when he was around the bag with pop-times of 2.03-2.22 and throws up to 68mph.
