While Green still is not even in highschool, he was still one of the more impressive players seen at the GA State Games. In an elimination game against Braves Scout Team 14u, Green pitched his way to a complete game, 1 run victory for Seams Baseball 14u. Sitting 82-83 mph and touching 85 several times, Green clearly has some advanced velocity for his age. Not only did he have the stuff, but he had the competitive edge to back it up. He will only rise in the rankings as he gets bigger and stronger throughout the years, as he sits at 5’10” 150 lbs. Very interested to see his progress over the next few years as he gets older. High, high follow.

Fisher Green, Halls High School (TN), 2028 Positional Profile: SS/RHP Body: 5-10, 150-pounds. Slim and proportional build that should continue to fill out as he matures. Delivery: Body works well down the mound. Aggressive hip turn over as he strides down the mound, while already showing the ability to hold himself closed for longer duration before foot plant. Finishes well over his front half with easy recoiling. Arm Action: RH. Arm stays short and connected to his body. Quick and easy action from a low 3/4 arm slot. FB: Firm fastball that carried both hop and arm-side run. Legit weapon at this stage of his development that should rack up in-zone misses, as well as being a put away pitch up in the zone for chases. SL: 73-75 mph. Showed feel for both release point and arm speed intent hiding the ball well out of hand for late release. Was able to locate in zone for strikes as a get ahead pitch, while also breaking it off the plate short for put away potential. Firm pitch that will need to continue adding additional horizontal plane sweep that should come as he matures. T2264, 2223 average rpm. CH: 74-76 mph. Quality pitch that worked well down in the zone with arm-side run and tumbling action. Fastball arm speed and intent. T1684, 1666 average rpm. ATH: 7.21 runner in the 60. 7.21 in the30 yard split.

Fisher Green, Halls High School (TN), 2028 Positional Profile: SS/RHP Body: 5-10, 150-pounds. Slim and proportional build that should continue to fill out as he matures. Hit: LHH. One of (if not the) most well rounded physically ‘28s in the state had an impressive round of bp. Simple, even balanced setup pre pitch with his hands relaxed on his shoulder with bat tilted behind him. Shift into the backside brings hands down into a loaded position behind the body, before the back leg launches. Swing rotates on the backside using the front side for balance. Stays through the zone very well. Spraying balls all across the field with hard contact. Advanced bat path for age that will play very well as he gets into high school. Arm: RH. INF-77 mph. Short arm action from a narrow swing path that carried arm speed and athletic actions across the infield. Defense: Moves with ease, while staying in the lower half of the body working through the baseball. Mobile legs that works well around the baseball with clean transistions into his throw. ATH: 7.21 runner in the 60. 7.21 in the30 yard split.
