With closed stride, which is fine, back foot must work towards mound, slides back off to more than directionally towards mound. This kills ability for lower 1/2 to work in swing. Hits into firm front side with body leaning back, work to develop more upright posture at contact. Rolls onto stride foot, keep foot into ground. Barrel/hands start in good position to hit. Takes nice path to zone, most of the time does a good job of keeping barrel equal to hands with shoulder tilt at contact. Work to firm barrel above hands on swings, especially pitches away. 65.7 mph bat speed with 7 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 95 max exit velocity, averaged 79.0 mph. 357' max distance. Project solid bat/power combo in future. Opportunities for adjustments present with hit approach and firming of swing. Solid base to work with.
Arm: RH. INF-84 mph. Arm works well, no concerns. Projects to have avg arm. Recommend long toss program to increase arm speed and raw arm strength.
Defense: Feet work well getting body into position to field baseball. Nice job of playing thru ball with feet. Hands work, can improve fielding out front more, work to field ball off left foot. Glove tap present on some ground balls, eliminate glove tap, takes hands up to waist and then back down, keep glove down.
