The right-handed hitter starts from a slightly open, balanced setup and utilizes a fluid, downhill path to consistently drive the baseball to all fields. Showing a quality feel for the barrel throughout his round, he generated a max EV close to 90 mph. Feel for the barrel is evident to this swing profile and as he gets stronger, the exit velocities will improve. On the dirt in what was perhaps one of the top rounds of defense our staff has seen this winter, the infielder plays light on his feet with an athletic gather and a quick transfer through a three-quarter slot to deliver quality throws through the target consistently.
