INF Braeden Jankowski (Stevens Point Area, 2028) was a standout performer on the day. The middle infielder showcased a clean and fluid swing throughout his round barrelling up the baseball to all fields. He hit with a quiet and controlled move and was able to produce the third best average exit velocity of the day at 87.4 mph. During infield, the sophomore displayed fluid and easy actions and got rid of the ball quickly with an accurate arm. Our staff will pay close attention to Jankowski going forward after his performance on Saturday.
Positional Profile: 3B/RHP
Body: 5-10, 180 pounds. Strong build, strong lower half.
Hit: LHH. Sits into backside, even setup, balanced through finish. Slightly back of center, very quiet head, smooth, ease to operation, barrel contact throughout. 64 mph bat speed with 10g of rotational acceleration.
Power: 91 mph max exit velocity (87.4 avg.); 212-foot max batted distance.
Arm: RH. INF - 72.00 mph. Low 3/4 slot, gets rid of it quickly.
