+ LHP/OF Levi Huettl (Fort Atkisson, 2028) is a super interesting freshman with all kinds of upside as a position player and left-handed pitcher. Huettl, demonstrated impressive ability to drive the fastball through the glove and was able to run the heater into the mid 70’s. He also deployed a two-seam fastball with late running action. His big two-plane breaking curveball was also landed consistently in the zone and will be a weapon for him going into the spring. With the bat, the left-handed hitting Huettl did a great job of staying behind the baseball and displayed very good barrel accuracy throughout his round. Huettl has a ton of projection left in his frame and our staff can envision him developing into a prospect for the 2028 class.
