Glaus reached base three times and put together multiple quality at-bats, showing a patient, composed approach at the plate. The left-handed hitter worked into deep counts throughout the contest and already shows a level of maturity uncommon for his age. He stands tall in the box with his swing being smooth and low effort, and while he’s still growing into his long-limbed frame, the ability to control the barrel and compete in the box is already evident. He entered the day hitting .316 to begin his high school career. At around 6-foot-2, 170 pounds, Glaus has a highly projectable frame with plenty of strength still to come, and it’s easy to envision significant physical gains as he continues to develop. Defensively, the actions suggest he can grow into a shortstop profile long term, though a move to third base would also fit given his size and overall makeup. With strong baseball bloodlines and early flashes already showing, Glaus is shaping up as a 2029 prospect to follow closely as his game continues to evolve.
