Coming off a pretty solid outing against Franklin High School last weekend, Ritter proved that he is one of the top arms in the area, let alone the ‘26 class. The command wasn’t the best at the beginning of the game, but he managed to work out of some innings where Rocklin had put some pressure on the defense. The fastball was sitting between 88-90 mph T91. Curveball was nasty and played off the FB well, almost 20 mph in the two pitches (70-71 mph). CH has late fade and was between 78-80 mph. Satline on the day was 3.1 IP, 1 H, 1 R (unearned), & five K’s. Ritter is coming off of basketball season, so expect to see even more jumps later during the year. Both him and Ethan Gustus have a shot to be the next power arms that come out of the Roseville area.
