Positional Profile: RHP/3B
Body: 5-8, 165-pounds.
Delivery: Starts with a higher hand set that drops quickly to belt level before syncing with the front leg. Utilizes a high leg kick with inward hip turn and sinks significantly into the back side before employing a drop/drive movement down the mound. Shows solid stride length and good feel for blocking with the plant leg.
Arm Action: RH. Features a lengthy arm path that begins downward before moving well behind the body. Shows smooth, fluid arm action with some present arm speed, working up to a 3/4 release and finishing with significant recoil upon release.
FB: FB with two-seam shape. Can miss barrels when located above the zone. Looks to steal strikes on the inner third vs. LHH.
CB: High spin CB with 1-7 action. Confident in locating in the zone.
SL: High spin SL with two-plane action. Out pitch potential vs. RHH.
CH: CH that kills spin effectively. Separates well off the FB when thrown down and away to LHH. Looks to induce weak contact.
Positional Profile: RHP/3B
Body: 5-8, 165-pounds.
Hit: RHH. Begins from an upright, slightly open stance. Hands just above the back shoulder, with a raised back elbow, and the barrel resting flat on the shoulder. Initiates the load with a subtle shift of weight into the back side as the barrel works more vertically and the hands drift back slightly. Utilizes a toe tap trigger for timing before a controlled stride forward. Hip turn at begins at foot strike, with hands soon to follow. Hands work quickly through the zone, displaying good bat speed and feel for the barrel. Fairly level bat path, but showcases some ability to generate lift and carry when squared up.
Arm: RH. INF-73 mph. Full arm path out of the glove, working up to a 3/4 slot with the ability to change angles when needed. Produces good carry and consistent accuracy on throws across the INF. Arm strength profiles well for 3B.
Defense: Stays upright pre-pitch with active feet, working with short, controlled footwork while letting the ball travel. Displays solid lateral range and soft, quiet hands that work out in front. Profiles well at the corner INF spots.
