Presenting some of the best bat speed and natural power on the day, INF Bobby Kutt (Providence Catholic, 2024) impressed on Sunday, going 2-for-2 with a double and home run against quality arms. In a strong 5-foot-9, 165-pound frame, Kutt proved to handle the bat with ease, showcasing an aggressive barrel and ability to elevate the baseball with power to all fields.
Jackson Spring (St. Charles North), Cael Karczewski (Joliet West), Blake Crancer (Normal West), Will Potter (Downers Grove South), Bobby Kutt (Providence Catholic) and Jaden Obaldo (Crystal Lake Central) were a strong crop of middle infielders that should be able to stick up the middle moving forward and they all swing intriguing right-handed bats.
