Arm Action: LH. Athletic arm action, loose and whippy out of a 3/4 slot.
FB: T85, 83-85 mph. Life out of the hand with ride through the zone. T2280, 2055 average rpm.
SL: 74-75 mph. Plays with sweep, thrown with intent. T2220, 2099 average rpm.

LoConte was impressive in his start against a talented lineup on Saturday morning. 5-foot-11, 175-pound, athletic left-handed pitcher that is also a football standout. Moves well on the mound, showcasing an easy delivery and live arm action. Fastball got better as the game went on, sitting in the mid-80s throughout, and T86 mph. Played with finish through the zone, getting swings and misses all around the zone. High spin slider that worked in the upper-70s with 10/4 shape. Quieted a lineup littered with talent. Ranked No. 141 in the state. Will be in attendance at the Illinois State Games.

FB: T85, 84-85 mph. Easy and clean out of the hand, mostly straight action, finish through the zone with carry and an average of 19" IVB. Fastball was in the zone 80% of the time during the bullpen. T2245, 2182 average rpm.
SL: 68-71 mph. Flashed feel for the pitch, 1/7 shape. T1930, 1887 average rpm.
CH: 75-76 mph. Maintains arm speed at times, flashed late arm-side action. T1887, 1751 average rpm.

Body: 5-11, 170-pounds. Wiry, high-waisted frame with high upside.
Delivery: Athletic delivery, high leg-kick into a tall/fall lower-half, shoulders remain level throughout stride, stride works in-line with the plate.
Arm Action: LH. Long reach out of the glove into a 3/4 release, loose arm.
FB: T83.8, 80-82 mph. Finish through the zone with slight sinking action at times. T2219, 2119 average rpm.
SL: 70-74 mph. Short lateral action, some feel for the zone. T2023, 1954 average rpm.

OF/LHP Jack LoConte (Andrew, 2024) also showed his potential as a two-way player. LoConte is an athletic, left/left prospect who ran a 7.22 60, and was 86 mph from the outfield. At the plate, he stayed inside the baseball with feel for the barrel and sprayed line-drive contact to all fields. On the mound, LoConte ran his fastball up to 85 mph – up from 81 last winter – to go along with an above-average three-pitch mix.

Delivery: Smooth tempo, repeatable delivery, works in line to target, lands square, balanced finish.

CB: 65-67 mph. 10/4 shape, gradual action, flashed sharp break T1887, 1650 average rpm.

Delivery: Rhythmic drop/drive type delivery, high leg kick into an athletic balance point, closed front side, moves well downhill with efficient lower-half movement patterns.
Arm Action: LH. Short and loose arm action, high 3/4 slot.
FB: T77, 73-75 mph. Comes out clean with some deception, flashed late arm-side run and sink. 
SL: 65-68 mph. Lower-spin, 1/7 shape; gradual action.

Hit: LHH. Balanced setup, smooth load and leg-kick timing trigger. Top of the order type profile. Controls the barrel, short/direct path, stays within himself and looks to spray line-drives.
Power: 70 mph exit velocity from the tee. 21.80 mph max hand speed and 79% on plane efficiency according to Blast.
Arm: LH. OF - 71 mph. Short, loose arm action, high 3/4 to 3/4 slot.
