3B/RHP Matt Sander (Buffalo Grove, 2028) emerged as a two-way follow from the event. At the plate, he showed a quality left-handed bat with pull-side tendencies and easy barrel strength, producing a max exit velocity of 86.4 mph. On the mound, he displayed easy, balanced movements while working from a compact ¾ arm slot. His fastball sat 79-80 mph with arm-side life and up to 21.4 inches of induced vertical break. He also featured a 66-68 mph curveball with late 10/4 break, a 68-70 mph slider with tight spin up to 2,147 rpm, and a 73-74 mph changeup that he consistently threw with fastball intent.
