Maryville commit, currently ranked No. 95 in the state. 5-foot-11, 182-pound frame, athletic build with some trim strength, can continue to add in the coming years. Started in centerfield and hit out of the leadoff spot, walking twice and flying out twice, but working hard on the barrel. The left-handed hitter has a simple swing that is able to stay balanced and direct to the baseball, athletic hands are able to manipulate the barrel. Rangy actions in the outfield, covers ground with ease, quality reads off the bat. Arm plays with strength and carry, jumps out of the hand, has been up to 95 mph in-event. Centerfield profile with an athletic left-handed bat.

Leark, gave an intriguing look as well, as the left-handed hitter showcased quick hands through the zone with a flat path, creating extension out front while looking to keep the ball on a line; reaching up to 95.9 mph and recording several balls over the 95 mph benchmark. Defensively, he floats to the ball with fluid footwork, soft hands through the ball. Impressive arm-strength from a crow hop, reaching up to 95 mph. 6.88 runner in the 60.

OF Timmy Leark (Oak Park-River Forest, 2025) was one of the top uncommitted prospects in attendance over the weekend. 5-foot-10, 160-pound build with an athletic frame, still has room to add on plenty of muscle as he matures. High-level athlete, cruising to a 6.88 60-yard dash in-event over the summer. The left-handed hitter was a tough out all weekend, fighting deep into counts and showing willingness to use the whole field. Quick and direct hands allow him to manipulate the barrel and stay on time. Quality defender in the outfield with a quick first step and easy range. Present arm-strength was put on display when he hopped on the mound and cruised at 86 mph.
Showing some of the louder tools throughout the event was OF Timmy Leark (Oak Park River Forest, 2025). Twitchy, athletic 5-foot-10, 160-pound frame with room for added strength. Ran a 6.88 second 60 yard dash during the workout portion. Simple and repeatable swing that works explosively through the ball. Was on the barrel during BP (80% sweet spot) with a peak exit velocity of 93.6 mph. Translated a strong workout into gameplay, barreling a loud double to the pull-side gap. Strong arm that topped at 89 mph from the outfield. Has the tools to stick in centerfield and will only get better as he physically matures.

OF Timmy Leark (Oak Park-River Forest, 2025) was yet another left-handed hitter who caught our attention at the event. He began his day by showcasing some of the top outfield actions, playing light on his feet with pace to his game and natural feel playing through the baseball. Leark’s arm has progressed nicely since our last look over the summer, adding four mph to his outfield velocity - reaching up to 89 mph. At the plate he stays direct to the baseball, and through the zone a long time with ability to backspin line-drives to all fields. The 7.18 runner topped at 98 mph during BP while averaging 87.5. 5-foot-10, 1550-pound, left/left uncommitted outfielder to know moving forward.

The 5-foot-9, 155-pound, left/left outfielder took a focused, polished round of BP that was on the barrel throughout while back spinning line-drives to all fields. The swing is highly-repeatable, stays flat and above the baseball, with above-average hand/eye; 90 mph max exit velocity. He played with a bounce in his step in the outfield, athletic actions and direct routes to the baseball. He plays through with strong, confident hands and quick exchange. His arm played strong, flashing carry at 85 mph. Name to know in the 2025 class.
