OF/RHP Jack Brady (Washington, 2028) showed athleticism and explosiveness throughout the event on 1/20 in OKC. He ranked amongst the leaders in both the 30 yard dash and in his jump height as measured via Vald. Offensively, he peaked at 90.6 mph Exit Velocity and above average bat speed at 73.5 mph. More impressively, the easy bat speed was achieved with a tight turn and efficient stroke rather than a swing with excessive length and takes time to “get up to top speed” and a Rotational Acceleration of 17.4g. Defensively, the athletic right handed hitter was up to 83 mph from the OF. A strong athlete with a projectable frame at 6’1” and 162 pounds, Brady will be a fun follow for years to come from a loaded Washington squad.
