+ INF/RHP Eli Hart (Bayport, 2028) measured at an athletic 6-foot, 166 pounds with long levers and a projectable frame. He showed exactly why he is a name to know in the state among the freshman group. He started his day by running a solid 7.26 seconds 60 yard dash showing quick burst and drive with his lower half. He was up to 92 mph with his max exit velocity with a compact hand path and quick hands. He displayed soft hands during his work in the infield was able to make the routine play and showed some range on plays to both side. On the mound, Hart was up to 80 mph with good extension through the baseball and featured a couple of different breaking balls with sharp break to compliment the heater. Overall, Hart is a very intriguing freshman two-way talent and one that our staff believes is going to take some big strides forward soon.
