Devin Wallace, Interlake Senior High School (WA), 2028
Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 5-11, 186-pounds.
Delivery: Feet are set on the first base side of the rubber; both feet are set together and square on the rubber. The handset letter high before working into the windup; the front foot lifts into the stride, with the hands lifting before the front foot. Weight shifts down the mound as the hips coil over the back leg; the hands glove tap before breaking into the throw in unison with the front leg breaking into the stride. Front leg lands with a bent knee, causing the upper half to work over the top of the front leg, with the eye staying locked on target till release. Ending with the controlled trail leg recoiling over the front leg.
Arm Action: RH. The hands work up to chin height before breaking into the throw; the throwing arm works behind the back up to a 3/4 arm release.
FB: T83, 79-82 mph. T2168, 2025 average rpm.
SL: 68-72 mph. T2340, 2249 average rpm.
CH: 73-75 mph. T1269, 1117 average rpm.
ATH: 7.43 runner in the 60. 1.68 and 4.02 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. 19.30 max vertical.

Devin Wallace, Interlake Senior High School (WA), 2028
Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 5-11, 186-pounds.
Hit: RHH. Feet are more than shoulder width apart, with an open front foot, and weight shifted back over a bent rear leg. The upper half starts preloaded, with the hands set a little high, stacked over the back foot, with the knob pointed down and the bat stacked vertically over the hands. Minimal repeatable mechanics keeping eyes on the ball through contact, the hands wag and rhythm waiting for the pitch, the front leg quickly lifts into an up and down leg lift, weight shifts forward into the swing, before the front foot lands. The hips flip open, pulling the hands tight to the body through the zone, meeting the ball out front with uphill contact, ending with a controlled two-handed fall through.
Power: 97 max exit velocity, averaged 87.1 mph. 337' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-81 mph. Gathers the ball lower high before the hands break behind the back up to a 3/4 arm release.
Defense: Free pitch starts in an athletic stance with feet more than shoulder width apart, and gloves shown early. The first step is backwards after contact, working body position around the ball with controlled footwork, to then catch on the move and carry momentum to the target. Comfortable fielding the ball four-handed as well.
ATH: 7.43 runner in the 60. 1.68 and 4.02 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. 19.30 max vertical.
Vizual Edge: 65.61 Edge Score
