Possessing a lanky and athletic 6-foot, 145-pound frame, Schoonover was seeing the ball for Edge Baseball in their win against Top Tier Central. The right handed batter reached every time he was up, going 3-for-3 with four RBIs. One of his hits was a three-run homer to center field. Mechanically, Schoonover has a wide and loose stance with a double tap stride and a quick bat.
